A lush, beautifully landscaped park nestled on the banks of the Mtkvari River. The park is easily accessible from Tbilisi’s old town district via the Bridge of Peace, a modern architectural marvel which spans the width of the river. Here you will also find cable cars that take you up to Narikala Fortress, a 4th-century fortification perched on Tbilisi’s highest point. Distance from hotel: Approximately 2.7 kilometers, Travel Time: 10 minutes by car or 30 minutes by foot and Directions: Head southeast on Shota Rustaveli Avenue. Continue onto Freedom Square, then follow Baratashvili Street to Rike Park. The aerial tramway station is located within the park.
