Frequently Asked Questions
Self-parking is available free of charge exclusively for our hotel guests in the underground parking area. Please note that valet service is currently unavailable.
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 12:00 PM. Guests may request early check-in or late check-out based on availability.
Airport transfer services are available for an additional fee, with prior reservation and prepayment required. Please note that we do not currently offer shuttle bus service.
An alternative to a pre-ordered transfer or taxi is public bus number 337, which takes guests from the airport to Rustaveli Avenue. The bus stop is just 200 meters from the hotel, with a travel time of approximately 50 minutes.
On-site currency exchange services are available at The Biltmore Tbilisi, along with a Tera Bank branch in the hotel lobby, operating 24/7.
