This summer, The Biltmore Mayfair presents a unique afternoon tea experience inspired by the two iconic cities - London and Dubai – and that brings together the rich heritage of British tea tradition with the bold elegance of Middle Eastern flavours. Delight in handcrafted pastries such as the Pistachio Dusk Dubai Chocolate Cake - a velvety Jivara chocolate mousse layered with pistachio and chocolate sugar dough - alongside rose-infused vanilla sponge, almond-& lime frangipane, and lemon posset with lavender jelly. Savoury highlights include a Blue Lobster summer roll and a grilled vegetable focaccia with beetroot hummus.
