on the Abu Dhabi Corniche

The Biltmore Bab Al Qasr

Two copper-gold towers, joined by bridges, rise on the Corniche where contemporary Abu Dhabi meets the Arabian Gulf. Born of a partnership between the UAE and Morocco, the hotel brings together beautifully crafted interiors, the warmth of Arabian hospitality and the individuality of The Biltmore. A gateway to two worlds: Arabia within. Abu Dhabi beyond.

Through the Gateway

Bab Al Qasr means Gateway to the Palace.
Step through the monumental arch and another world opens.

Palm trees rising towards a soaring atrium, the gentle sound of water and the calm of an oasis in the heart of the city. Beneath the palms, the lobby café invites you in to take a seat, sip a traditional cup of tea or simply pause and exhale.

Every detail carries part of the story. From the Moroccan-inspired stone cladding and copper-gold exterior, to mosaic, wooden lattice work and mother of pearl interior.

Continue through the house and the Gulf awaits.

Where the City Meets the Gulf

Abu Dhabi is framed on every side. The Gulf lies ahead, the Corniche runs along the water, and selected rooms and suites look across to Qasr Al Watan, the Presidential Palace. Begin the day with a walk along the waterfront. At sunset the sky softens and the palace district becomes part of the evening view. Follow your curiosity into the city, then come back with a little more of its story. Beyond the gateway, the house is waiting.

A Guest of the House

The welcome is rooted in warmth, generosity and a genuine sense of place, making guests feel they have arrived here. Traditional Arabic coffee and dates set the tone, reflecting the timeless traditions of Emirati hospitality.

The Gulf at Your Doorstep

Begin with a swim, find a sunlounger by the water, dine with the sand beneath your feet or leave an afternoon free to see where it takes you. A private beach of 140 metres and an infinity pool that looks out to the Abu Dhabi islands bring a resort rhythm to a stay in the heart of the capital. There are water sports when the sea calls and a children's pool for younger guests. Explore the city, then return to the shore.

A Quieter Part of the House

Ayana Spa draws on ancient Arabian rituals, healing herbs and organic ingredients, with a separate spa and hammam for men and for women, each on its own floor. The Arabesque Massage pairs oils inspired by Arabia with a warm herbal compress, and the sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi are close by. For those who keep their usual rhythm, the gym looks out towards the Presidential Palace.

From Boardroom to Beachfront Lawn

Meetings here continue the story and travel between two countries. Each room takes its name from the UAE or Morocco, from Liwa and Das to Marrakech and Tangier, and the day can move from boardroom to beachfront lawn. Al Dana, the ballroom, is named for the perfect pearl, a nod to the pearling heritage that shaped Abu Dhabi. It holds the celebration indoors, while the lawn overlooking the beach takes it out under the starlit sky. A reception space full of light looks over the lobby on one side and the Gulf on the other, and a private bridal suite with its own ballroom entrance gives preparations a place of their own.
