Pitch black dining at Fresh Basil begins when the lights go out and the senses take over. The room is designed to lead guests from light to dark, from the known to the unknown, before a three course mystery menu is served and each dish is discovered through taste, scent and texture alone. With just 20 seats and two seatings a night, it is an evening unlike any other.
