Dining at The Biltmore Bab Al Qasr follows the day, moving between Arabian tradition and international flavours: breakfast on the lobby level, afternoon tea beneath the atrium palms, cocktails at Rose Lounge Bar and dinner by the sea at Loop.
Artisan Kitchen
The house's all day restaurant sits behind carved wooden screens on the lobby level. Chefs work at live cooking stations from breakfast to dinner, with an international menu that holds Arabic home cooking at its heart. Mornings are bright and unhurried; evenings are relaxed and made for sharing.

Rose Lounge
Afternoon tea is served beneath the atrium palms, where water moves quietly through the lobby and the ceiling rises far above. Handmade pastries and carefully chosen teas and coffees suit an unhurried conversation or an informal meeting.

Rose Lounge Bar
A softly lit lounge bar with an urban mood and Latin music. Cocktails, an à la carte menu and a considered list make it the place for the evening's first drink or its last, whether before dinner or as the whole night out.

Loop
Loop follows the day from pool to beach. By day it is the pool bar, with chilled drinks, pizzas and light bites. As the sun lowers, tables move to the sand for sundowners and dinner on the shoreline, with themed evenings and views across the Gulf to the Abu Dhabi islands.

Fresh Basil
Pitch black dining on the second floor. Phones are left at the door, the room falls completely dark and taste, scent, touch and sound take over. The evening begins with a welcome drink and canapés, followed by a three course mystery set menu, with just 20 guests a night across two seatings.
